comocamps is a como4kids project — a small, independent, hyperlocal effort focused on families in Columbia and Boone County. There's no national franchise template behind it and no pay-to-rank: every camp that fits the criteria is listed for free.
How listings stay current
Camp details change every year — prices, weeks, who's even running. So each listing carries a last-verified date, and we re-check the dataset against provider sites every season before the spring rush. When we can't confirm something (a price that isn't posted, a program we couldn't reach), we say so on the listing rather than guess.

- Prices and registration links point to the provider — comocamps never takes a booking fee or stands between you and the camp.
- Unconfirmed fields are labeled, not filled in with guesses.
